Ejaculations not leading to pregnancy should no longer be tolerated because they endanger others. Uncertainty or doubt about whether sexual contact will lead to pregnancy is unacceptable. Men must be certain that ejaculation will result in a successful pregnancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-base-2-color has-accent-4-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-82953b41c3fc6764a9a34513e66a8c35\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-right:0;margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--20);margin-left:0\"><blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe are drinking men\u2019s sperm!\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If men are unwilling to change their behavior, legislation is necessary to set moral boundaries.<br>To prevent men from traveling to another state to ejaculate, the law will have to be amended.
